Book in advance you will not even miss it

When planning your vacation in Broome, to ensure that a trip to Willie Creek Pearl Farm are open. As soon as I arrived in Broome, Western Australia, I booked a tour for four hours, led by Willie Creek Pearl Farm to get as much visual information on the pearl. Month of June, I visited Broome, is one of the busiest holiday season in this coastal city located in a remote area of Kimberley. In fact, the permanent population of only 8000 or so, three times the months from June to August each year. Book in advance you will not even miss it.

The day before the adoption of our trip to visit Willie Creek Pearl Farm, we spent the day in the morning at 11 o'clock, and jumping into a car with four wheels on the boat through GIEK Gorge, freshwater pearl, about 400 miles to enjoy the east of Bruma. Talk to deaf people in the floors. If you decide to take the bus daily to visit the gorge on GIEK Fitzroy Crossing, I highly recommend the soft cushions on a very painful back, to avoid! Travel about 900 K for one day was too far away.

Bus trip to Willie Creek Pearl Farm was much more enjoyable when Willie Creek Pearl Farm is only about 38 K north of Broome.

For only $ 65 per adult, the tour was excellent value and include:

Hotel pick up / drop off
Transfer to Willie Creek Pearl Farm
Commentary bus driver
Tours Willie Creek Pearl Farm
Willie Creek boating
Morning tea
time jewelry salon
Souvenir Guide

I collected car rental on arrival at Broome Airport. My first thought was that I had to Willie Creek drivemyself Pearl Farm. Fortunately for me, very helpful people at the reception station of shells, where we lived, I was right on this idea. A trip to the Willie Creek Pearl Farm is only about 38 K drive in any direction, north along Cape Leveque Road Broome. But at 10 K of the trip is painted in red ocher on the way opened, as well as on the mudflats. I'm sure people will ride most impressed with someone under normal shocks sedan is the track. For people that their four-wheelers Go!

About 8:30 the coach picked us up out of the station shells. Our satellites have been collected from a variety of other hotels. Then we drove north along the Broom Road about 10 K, then north to Cape Leveque Road. The weather was perfect. Hot and warm. The sky was blue. Not a cloud. We were all in good spirits after a good night's sleep after our numbingtrip Bottome GIEK throat.

We were very lucky that our bus driver was an excellent source of information, as well as a great sense of humor. A good laugh is very useful for all the rest. The driver gave us a full run down on the history of Willie Creek, pearl earrings, sparkling, loggers, such as buying pearls, and interesting facts about the cultured pearl industry.

If a coach, bitumen, I was glad to have received the opinion of the hotel to take seriously. Tar has deteriorated sharply in the trail of red dust. A cloud of red dust, the coach stayed behind, all eyes of all the vehicles behind us for some K is erased. After about ten minutes from the world that has changed the landscape suddenly turned red mud. If you do this trip on your own you really have to worry about coming here if this is your first visit.

Forty-five minutes from Broome, the coach to Willie Creek Pearl Farm is established. Willie Creek Pearl Farm is an attractive complex of buildings, consisting of a large exhibition hall, an outdoor dining area and a separate area in the gazebo structure to demonstrate the treatment of the ball. Our guide leads us directly to the pavilion, where a good couple of girls gave a great performance, such as pearls, shells, and how each dish in front of him back into the lake filled. (See photo above). We were given enough time to manage the pearl is removed from the cup, and gave a lot of information about the Pearl Farm, Pearl and Freshwater Pearl and options, such as pearls and Tahitian Mabe.

After the demo, we have a few minutes walk, where the expedition was at anchor. From there, we were taken on a pleasure boat, oyster beds look. Our guide, as it turned out, the driver of our coach we have a trip to the Willie Creek, which is in fact a huge gulf. Before the aid back to the pier, our tour guide, with some others, gave us a demonstration, as the Pearl are introduced into the network, and then suspended in water. A boat trip was very good and very informative.

When we reach the main building, we were treated to an excellent tea in the morning, including delicious homemade damper, with a choice of jams and cream. Very tasty. Peaks of the environment and nature, were excellent, large companies and tea in the morning!

After tea in the morning we were taken care of in the exhibition hall. Everyone, especially the ladies, the beautiful diversity of Willie Creek Pearl drool. choice of the poster and freshwater pearls, pearls and Tahitian Mabe Pearls before. collected after an hour of shopping, our bus driver. We enjoyed his return from an enjoyable, relaxing stay at our resort on Cable Beach.

I would like to add that Willie Creek Pearls helicopter for those who want a quick exit in this area during the visit request. (Then $ 50 per person for three passengers ... but please, the current value of the order)

Visit of 4:00 was fine. Four hours was enough and has enough time to enjoy a day at the beach Cable failure of little tropical sun. Do not miss the trip to the Willie Creek Pearl Farm. Additional educational, entertaining and well-organized visit.
